Bringing your history across

Years of sessions are worth more than any feature. Greenstack imports a CSV from a spreadsheet or from another tracker, with a mapping step so the columns line up however your file is arranged.

The three steps

1. Export a CSV from your current app, or open your spreadsheet and save it as CSV.

2. In Greenstack, go to More → Import from CSV and pick the file. Greenstack matches the obvious column names for you; anything it gets wrong you can change by tapping the row.

3. Check the preview. It tells you how many cash sessions and how many tournaments are ready, and lists any rows it cannot read. Nothing is written until you confirm.

What Greenstack can read

Date and start/end times in ISO (2026-03-09), slashed (2026/03/09) or day-first (09/03/2026) form

Duration in minutes, or worked out from your start and end times

Buy-in and cash-out, with or without currency symbols and thousands separators

A profit or net column on its own — if your file has no cash-out, Greenstack works it back from the net so the session ends up with exactly the result you imported

Tournament buy-in, rake, rebuys, add-ons, bounties, field size, place and prize

Venue, game, stakes, tags and notes

A type column saying cash or tournament — and if there isn’t one, you choose the default

If your app has no export

Some trackers make this hard, and a few have simply stopped working. Two things that usually help:

Check for a share or backup option rather than an export one — the file is sometimes offered through the iOS share sheet instead of a menu item.

Rebuild from what you can see. A spreadsheet with a date, a buy-in and a net per row is enough for Greenstack to import a complete history. Anything missing can be filled in later; nothing is required beyond a date and one money column.

Greenstack imports files from any tracker that exports CSV, including Bink, Poker Income, Poker Analytics and Left Pocket. Those names are used here only to say which files Greenstack can read; Greenstack is not affiliated with any of them.

And getting back out

The same door works in both directions. Greenstack exports everything to CSV and PDF, and lets you keep a copy of the whole database as a file. Once you have paid, export keeps working forever — offline, on a new phone, and in every future version. It is never taken back.
